Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Although all massages are individualized for our clients needs, this highly specialized deep pressure massage is for our clients who are looking for more structural change then a regular deep tissue massage. This is only offered as a hour and a half session and it is recommended to have two massages within a couple weeks to really establish a change in the body.
